Watch at Home: Beach bums, doppelgangers, euphoria, and giant little ones...

Nathaniel R giving you the heads up on what's available to you now to screen at home. It's a big weekend all told in terms of titles suddenly available

New on DVD/Blu-Ray/Rental
Beach Bum -the latest from Harmony Korine. I hated it but Murtada kinda liked it as you probably heard on the podcast
Giant Little Ones - underseen drama about the confusion of sexual fluidity in the coming-of-age years
Hotel Mumbai - well reviewed terrorism drama starring Dev Patel and Armie Hammer
Under the Silver Lake - David Robert Mitchell's bizarrely indulgent noir, equal parts tedious and memorable, his follow up to the incredible breakthrough It Follows
Us - Jordan Peele's horror blockbuster with terrifically inventive performances from the whole cast.

iTunes deals and streaming roulette after the jump...

Watch at Home: Tales from Captain Marvel's City, Mother

Nathaniel R giving you the heads up on what's available to you now to screen at home.

New on DVD/Blu-Ray
Captain Marvel - The year's second biggest hit, and less of a prequel of Avengers Endgame than we were expecting given Carol Danvers itty-bitty part in that ensemble behemoth, is now available in a physical copy if you're into those. Also out today: the hit indie The Mustang starring Belgium's golden perfection Matthias Schoenaerts, the sci-fi drama Captive State, and the romantic drama Five Feet Apart.

Notable iTunes 99¢ Deals
It's a weak week this time for those special deals with not much in the way of exciting pictures. But if you've never seen David Cronenberg's masterful Dead Ringers (1988) or the lesbian indie classic The Watermelon Woman (1996) now is as good a time as any.

New to Streaming

[LAUGHING] Oh this is surreal!

Tales of the City (2019) on Netflix
The Lovely Laura Linney is back in one of her signature roles as Mary Ann Singleton in this continuation of the classic Armistead Maupin series about life in gay ol' San Francisco...

Notable iTunes 99¢ Deals
Cabaret - OMG you guys. See Bob Fosse's masterpiece (well, his first masterpiece. There was another one seven years later) for only a dollar...

Watch at Home: Killing Sacred Deers in Moonlit Hidden Worlds

The heads up on what's newly available right now to screen at home.

New on DVD/Blu-Ray
How to Train Your Dragon The Hidden World - do we think this has a shot at the Oscar or was the conversation too muted? The series hasn't yet won the gold.
Isn't It Romantic  If you can't get enough Rebel Wilson in movie theaters with The Hustle, you can try her romantic comedy from earlier in the year. We haven't actually caught this yet. If you have do let us know what you thought in the comments as we're curious about it.
The Upside Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart led this unexpected hit based on the French blockbuster The Intouchables.

New to streaming titles and iTunes deals on the ultra cheap are after the jump...
