What should win?

55% of you were rooting for Parasite to take the prize and it did. It's not often the film we're all rooting for wins, is it?

What will win?

The contest is between Globe and PGA winner 1917, SAG winner Parasite and the Globe winning movie-loving Once Upon a Time in Hollywood... we think. But everything feels so evenly matched this year. We're trying not to think about the possibility of Joker winning. IN THE END WE PREDICTED "1917" BUT WE WERE (GLAD TO BE) WRONG.

What was left out?

The nominations went exactly as we expected but we're still sad for The Farewell which seemed like a longshot that would have passion votes. Though we suspect number 10 was either The Two Popes or Knives Out.
