| the interiors of the ships, Sandra in the womb and what not. Can it win in a conflagration of 'the whole movie looks great' fever? | I suspect she may snag "The Moulin Rouge categories" again... at least for noms | A wonderful surprise nominee. So deserving but they often neglect sci-fi that's believably merely heightened now | He does ultra specific funny work for Wes Anderson but shines in this new austere challenge | Surely it can't be nominated in every category (though i'm betting big on it) |

| Just Missed? I'm a bit surprised that RUSH didn't make it since that team has often been nominated and people liked its editing. But the movie ran out of awards steam at just the wrong moment. Also I thought that the hero worship for THE WOLF OF WALL STREET's Thelma Schoonmaker would help her in but I was mistaken. |
