Do Androids Dream of Polaroid Film?
I'm dying. Look at this! From the set of Blade Runner!! The internet is a wondrous place!!! (Filled with things worthy of exclamation points, too.) I have no idea if it's freshly revealed or if it's been online forever and it matters not, "Roy Batty" (Rutger Hauer) & "Rachel" (Sean Young), all friendly-like.
You can see more of such polaroids at Sean Young's home page. Including shots with Harrison Ford and Ridley Scott (both pictured below) as well as plentiful crew members I'm guessing but none of the photos are labelled). [Hat tip to the always enjoyable Natasha VC.]
Once my initial joy expires (maybe in one hour, two?) I'll sniffle at the appropriateness of extinct Replicants captured on extinct Polaroid film.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.

Damn U Nathan! I'm geeking out to Sean Young about how cool and beautiful she is.
Nowadays Sean Young hasn't a great reputation but when she made BLADE RUNNER she was a shooting star. Pity that something didn't go well with her career in Hollywood but it's great to remember her and her most celebrated film role in this unusual way
Sexism is horrible. It means Mel Gibson will still be around while Sean Young is posting personal memorabilia on her personal website.
What a coincidence that I just watched this few days ago. I’m a baby from the ’90 so forgive me for my late viewing of this awesome movie. But what awed me more of this film was I couldn’t help but think that Harrison Ford looks so damn handsome in this movie. Now I know why he’s Indiana Jones.
What a great movie, and Mary Sean Young played an amazing part in it. If she never makes another movie, Blade Runner will always be a classic. Aside from all the Hollywood movie machine hype, it is really heartwarming to see these polaroids. Harrison Ford looks like a waxwork in that shot :)
