Damn. Finally knew one of these but I wasn't quick enough.

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered Commenterwade

Cal, that's exactly how I have it.

I've yet to see this movie, but somehow I knew what it was anyway.

Crazy...

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterThe Z

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterJames T

I finally knew one (if only I had woken up earlier)! I love this movie, Marie Antoinette is my favorite from Sofia though. I saw Lost in Translation once and don't remember most of it so I can't give it a proper ranking and I need to watch Somewhere ASAP.

That first line is kind of iconic isn't it? Or maybe I spend too much time on Tumblr

My ranking would be:
Lost In Translation A
Marie Antoinette A-
Somewhere A-
The Virgin Suicides B+

Damn. I wanted to say exactly what Wade said, but I wasn't quick enough.

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterDominik

I didn't see this one, but just from reading the book, i knew exactly what it was. ah, well, next time!

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterDerreck

you know how some other poster recently said that he knew every single frame of a movie belonging to a recent "first and last"? Virgin Suicides is one of those movies for me.

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered Commenterci

whoops posted too fast. Anyway, what's weird about this movie is that I don't think I really "love" it that much, and nor do I consider it a great movie, but it's so strangely addictive. I have to watch it at least twice a year. Who knows, maybe that *is* love.

The Virgin Suicides! I know I'm, like, tenth to get this, but it's the only one I've known immediately in two years of reading this blog. Yay!

June 30, 2011 | Unregistered Commentertess

Yay, I got one! I had the good luck to see this post right before I went to sleep. :)
