A Dirty Shame! Sooo funny! Oh I miss John Waters!
I didn't know this movie but imdb users seem to kind of hate it. Too smart for them or indeed, a guilty pleasure at best?
I'm asking cause it seems like it's on youtube.
I didn't see this movie until a few months ago. It's fun. It's not particularly great, but the cast is up for everything John Waters throws at them and the play on mysterious stranger saves town cliches is admirable.
james -- i'd say guilty pleasure at best. Not Waters finest hours but it's intermittently fun -- Selma Blair especially
When is he finally coming out with his next one?! He is missed and needed.
Last I had heard he had lost his funding for the movie "Fruitcake" even though Parker Posey and Knoxville where on board to star. It is a real shame. Then again, his books and speaking engagements are great. If you haven't read "Role Models" you should - you'll be glad ya did hons.
