Ha! You have enough material from Ms Priestly and colleagues for dozens of posts for Great Moments in Screen Bitchery.

Her next vehicle is a Diablo Cody script with Jonathan Demme at the helm.

I would love an alternate version of this movie where Anne Hathaway slaps the crap out of her LOL.

That wig is one of the all time bests. Part of me wishes Meryl would rock that silver do as herself.

This is why this role and performance is so sublime and rates one of top spots in Meryl's filmography. She acts most of it with her eyes. Brilliant. My fav screen bitchery: "Go!" to the taxi driver at the end of the movie.

Yeah, it's a role anyone can't help but admire. Iconic character. I'm glad she changed so much because Book-Miranda is nothing but annoying imo.
I love how she included it in her speech for the Golden Globe that year:
" ‘Cause its amazing how much you can get if you quietly, clearly and authoritatively demand it! That’s all."

That silver wig is one of her best looks.
I also loved when Andy first corrected her with the name. GOD, that SMILE!
