Here it comes...

The 70th annual Cannes Film Festival begins in just one day -- the official website even has a countdown clock which says 1: 3:56:0 as I publish this-- with Pedro Almodóvar presiding over the jury and Nicole Kidman starring in not one, not two, not three, but four debuting projects. One a scale of 1-100 how much do you wish your were flying to the south of France right about now?

Easy 100.

Cannes coverage, second only to Oscar coverage, on my annual list of most anticipated coverages.

I was there just 13 months ago, right before it opened They did have a set up for the French version of the Japanese show, which here in America is called 'American Ninja Warrior".

It was set up just West of the Pavilion where the Grand Staircase is, along the water.

Stunningly beautiful there. If you can do it, go!!!
