iTunes' 99¢ Deals This Week

No, we are not conspiring with iTunes. It's pure accident that their 99¢ deal this week is I, Tonya moments after Jason asked us to vote on it in the Beauty vs Beast column. I don't like that movie but if you do or if you haven't seen it 99¢ can't really be beat.

I find myself turning more and more to iTunes and hoping for 99¢ rental deals for films I don't own because Netflix / Prime / Filmstruck whoever have such limited and shifting selections each month. iTunes changes their dollar deals quickly but right at the moment there are a ton of great films as well as some interesting little ones...

All of those are just 99¢ this week if you are like "but what should I watch tonight?"

I'd ask you to choose which of those 20 above we should talk about BUT I'm well aware that we haven't yet written about your choices from the last poll so we'd better not over promise until we catch up. For the record these were the winners of what you demanded TFE talk about in the last poll:

  • Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958) -Liz & Paul *swoon*
  • Valley of the Dolls (1967) -pills pills pills
  • Stepping Out (1991) -Liza Minnelli teaches tap dance
  • The Bling Ring (2013) -Sofia and sticky fingers

Copycat deserves to be discussed. I loved that one but haven't seen it since the 90s.

The African Queen is such a delight. Bogart is kinda fantastic in it. I love that Huston took this concept and made an even better movie years later with Heaven Knows Mr. Allison.

Wow thanks for this info! I'm renting Logan's Run, King Kong & 20th Century Women! You can't beat watching old faves at a mere 99 cents a pop.

Yay! Stepping Out! I love TFE because that movie would only win a poll here.

The reality of it is miles that yoga can clearly be a life changing pursuit. But the www.ProHomeworkHelp.com tone it takes is totally up to you.
