Great picture! It was probably taken when Williams was president of the Cannes Film Festival in the 1970s.
I wish François Ozon would direct Rampling in an adaptation of one of TW's plays. Wouldn't she be a terrific Mrs Venable in a modern retelling of Suddenly Last Summer?
