Madonna's Blonde Ambition Tour in the 90's was THE definitive concert probably of all time. It's a shame that it's not on DVD even after all these years!
Nat: And you just know if there was an actual way to actually do something like that, and become human again afterward, that Bale WOULD do it. For an adaptation of God Emperor of Dune, natch.
Just your daily (sporadic) reminder that Renée Zellweger is a two-time Academy Award winning Actress.
^^ You need to grow up with these trolling posts... It's getting old whoever you are. ^^
@DAVID-Obviously, you haven't seen the Rolling Stones' tour in the 1990s, Pink Floyd's Division Bell tour, U2's ZooTV tour, anything Prince did in the 1990s, or the Self Destruct tour by NIN.
I love The Age of Innocence - I just re-watched it not long ago. Pfeiffer is simply sublime.
thevoid99- I've seen them. I know you are a Madonna hater so I don't expect any love from you ;-)
Disney added digital fur to Daryl Hannah's ass in Splash!
Sigh.
I don’t see the point in posting an anti-trolling message while using another person’s name. It is perfectly all right to post your comment using your own chosen name.
Is it a meta joke?
The above comment is not from me.
Adri - my theory is it’s someone unimaginative just grabbing any name just to add the chance of goading a reaction. I doubt it’s the big conspiracy where folks like Peggy Sue were outright accusing other commenters, Just a not so fun bug that comes from this type of commenting system. I just ignored it and it didn’t reoccur.
As mentioned in the West Side Story Piece:
“ GiveItARest should give it a rest. Considering Nathaniel did the Julianne Moore daily reminder for an interminable length of time after her win I say let this only slightly exaggerated parody continue. The constant ‘Moore will die Oscarless’ narrative Nathaniel and co were spinning only 5 years after two consecutive years of finishing 6th in an Oscar race followed by the daily reminders was very annoying. So I stand with Nathaniel ka(R)ma, if Peggy Sue can get a million actor or actress fake commenter accounts that never get a single comment from you GIveItARest then it seems you are just virtue signalling somebody who isn’t in his close circle.
Seems like a reap what you sow situation.
1993 was really something - The Piano, Schindler's List, The Age of Innocence, The Remains of The Day, Jurassic Park, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Joy Luck Club, Sleepless in Seattle, Blue....
The Age of Innocence is one of the greats from Scorsese and, yes, Pfeiffer is outstanding as the Countess Olenska. I was sad for her when she was overlooked by the Academy that year, even if 1993 Best Actress was a mighty line-up
