You say you love us but you make us watch Othello.
Peggy --I am deeply sorry. It's the price of completism. The nefarious completism.
Call me an optimist, but I think Othello is worth it because we can see Maggie Smith in her spring - a rare thing, since the actress is best remembered as a lady of a certain age. Seeing her young and sexy
- it is priceless.
Criterion has an enormous number of Joan Crawford movies scheduled for October. I've seen about 1/3 of them but would love some help prioritizing the rest....
