Mr Ripley -- Bette is not wrong. The GOP has been gunning to roll back civil rights for decades and they finally have all their chess pieces in place (thanks to T***P' & Mitch Mc******;s shenanigans) to destroy the advancements made since the 1960s. I would literally be shocked if they didn't repeal gay marriage. Nothing is stopping them. The Democratic party is way too fond of in-fighting and being outraged to actually fight back.
I too sense a shift in the way LGBT+ people are viewed but i'm unsure what it all means for the future.
