On Disney+ people are watching ★ Ms Marvel and Z-O-M-B-I-E-S the most.

On Paramount+ various South Park specials and movies are all the rage and a little bit of Jerry & Marge Go Large, too.

On VOD style services rather than the subscription sites, the most popular movies at the moment are Jurassic World Dominion, The Black Phone, Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Northman , Morbius, and The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.

I watched season 1 and 2 of “Upload”. I guess I’m coming late to this. The premise and plot are pretty amusing, but what really sells it is the charm of the 2 leads, Robbie Amell and Andy Allo.

I watched season 1 of “Pretty Hard Cases”, a detective duo series that is so low key, I somehow felt strangely drawn in. I guess it made me pay more attention.

McGill -- i really liked UPLOAD in season 1and felt the same but i admit that in season 2 i was like 'this is too silly and maybe it should have been a movie or limited series'. I haven't heard of Pretty Hard Cases.

Caught up on the latest seasons of THE BOYS and UMBRELLA ACADEMY plus finally finished the final season of DEAR WHITE PEOPLE (the Netflix TV series version). The latter they somehow turned into a musical highlighting some 90s and early Aught music which was a definite zag for the show. As for those two non-MCU superhero shows... they have fun casts with "can't think too hard about them or my head will explode" plots so a mindless summer binge for both for me was perfect. It was great seeing Elliot Page acting post-transition and hope he comes back to the big screen sometime.

Back speaking of superheroes, I very much enjoyed MS MARVEL as well but wished they had 2-3 more episodes to give us more high school hijinks, Clandestine backstory, and just... MORE. I really like Iman Vellani and can't wait to see how she gets on in the big screen.

Still watching new season of ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING. We'll see how they land this season. And I just started on THE BEAR which is... fine. I perhaps expected more from all the praise I've been hearing especially since I love Jeremy Allen White (via SHAMELESS).

I am glad there's a lot of praise for Ms. Marvel as I think it's not just best show that the MCU has produced but also one of the top projects of the MCU. I got sucked in by the first episode and I just fell in love with that whole show from start to finish. Not only did I get a damn good history lesson about the Partition of India but also so much more including this glimpse into this Pakistani-American community as it's just cool as hell. The whole show has me even more excited for The Marvels.
