Smackdown when?
Lots to look forward to! I just watched Marnie, which, you know, will certainly be interesting to discuss, at least (I personally think it's one of Hitchcock's weaker efforts).
I too am wondering if the Smackdown has been shelved. Seems a shame since there were only a few more left to do, but I'm sure they are (were?) a ton of work.
I can't believe it's been 10 years since Antiviral came out. Brandon Cronenberg really hit on something raw and disturbing in that and has only grown stronger since.
I am hopeful TFE will find space to highlight the Marlon Wayans HBOMax comedy special, God Loves Me. I thought his hour long reflection on the infamous Will Smith / Chris Rock slap was hilarious.
