Curio: Cyndi's Colors

Alexa here, following up on Glenn's Cyndi Lauper post. I've been a Cyndi follower and sometime apologist (see: my previous support of Vibes) since grade school, so Sunday night was a big night.  Now if only we could conjure the perfect role for her to complete her EGOT; perhaps Jonathan Demme could harness the power of her marvelous quirk?  For now, here are some Cyndi creations to celebrate her Kinky Boots.

Ugh I would murder to watch Cyndi Lauper do an Ethel Merman impression. I'd settle for a biopic.

Lauper would be better off writing an original song for something. She should have done that years ago. Maybe if "Kinky Boots" is made into a movie musical, she can do a new song for that. Just be sure to have it included in the movie and not tacked on at the end credits. That's a no no now.

Well, I've watched a movie with Cyndi Lauper and Christopher Walken just the other day (can't remember the title) and I though Cyndi's acting skills are pretty much good enough for a big movie...maybe her manager just needs to choose a really good plot among all those she certainly receives every month.

I am a huge Roberto Clemente fan. I have been curious as to why his name is behind her on the Girls Just Want To Have Fun. What is the story behind it????? I bought the picture album and put in my Clemente collection. PLEASE if someone has an answer ,let me know. THANKS
