Twitter: Brie Larson or Saoirse Ronan? Vera Farmiga doing her best Tom Hanks.

Hellow it's time for a weekly quite random round up of tweets that amused us. This week's edition features Star Wars (always those wars in the stars), Leonardo DiCaprio and his bear, and a return to Room which just keeps giving us more... both from multiple viewings and Brie & Jacob on the campaign trail.

But first let's begin by noting that this tweet is exactly what I've been saying about Saoirse Ronan and the Oscar race. I've long thought she could actually win the Oscar (though the internet keeps telling me it's Brie Larson locked up). But this... this is FYC gold. (more after the jump

The Force Never Hibernates
It would probably be frightening to map out hte world brain and see how much of it percentage wise was thinking about Star Wars at any given moment.  Also check out Vera Farmiga Big-remake ready skills...

Miscellania
Because all topics deserve 149 characters. Twitter recently announced they'll change character limits to something astronomical like 1000 which basically means they'll stop being themselves and become a frankentstein monster of Tumblr/Facebook. At which point we'll be saved a LOT of time since it will be boring. We go there precisely for its amuse-bounce. How can they not realize this? Was Twitter raised without mirrors. Does it have no concept of the self?

Twitteresque thought of the day: Am I the only one that sees a resemblance between Carrie Coon and Vera Farmiga?

I see resemblance between Carrie Coon and Mira Sorvino. A heavy one.

OK, seriously. That was fucking cool what Vera Farmiga just did. And I love her shoes. The Force is definitely strong with this one.

The Jacob Tremblay's dad one made me laugh... The restless hotness alert, LOL

I was half expecting that the toys for the Ghostbusters reboot would only include the male characters.

^^^ @Moe - that's a great line !

I'm so surprised that Jacob Tremblay isn't getting more attention for his powerful performance, especially with the current lackluster slate of likely noms.

I assume you're already working on an interview with Jacob's dad ;)

Random questions inspired by the picture of Jacob Tremblay:
At what age did you first have a casual blazer? I was at least his twice his age.
Also for any hockey fans, do you think his dad looks like Patrick Sharp?

Tremblay is probably my favorite actor making the media rounds this awards season. And that's BEFORE I got a gander of his hot dad.
