This is amazing! I wish you were a member of the Foreign Language Committee.

I endorse Peggy Sue. Thanks for all the work.

I have now seen 12 of them (TANNA, NERUDA, LOST IN MUNICH, THE HAPPIEST DAY IN THE LIFE OF OLLI MAKI, THE SALESMAN, FIRE AT SEA, A FLICKERING TRUTH, THE IDOL, SIERANEVADA, EVA NOVA, MY LIFE AS A COURGETTE, FROM AFAR) and have the opportunity to see seven others (STEFAN ZWEIG: FAREWELL TO EUROPE, TONI ERDMANN, KILLS ON WHEELS, SAND STORM, MA ROSA, APPRENTICE, JULIETA) over the next month.

For whatever it is worth, THE SALESMAN is the best of what I have seen (I personally like it even more than A SEPARATION) , and most of the others are worthy of a nomination (the only ones I think are not quite good enough tot warrant a nomination are A FLICKERING TRUTH, THE IDOL and SIERANEVADA.)

Thanks for all your work. You should definitely be a member of the Foreign Language Committee.
This year, we have a Golden Lion (From Afar), Golden Bear (Fuocoammare) & Cannes Grand Prix (It's Only The End of the World). Ken Loach's Palme d'Or was obviously not eligible :)

Could we get a full Cannes line-up??
Iran 'The Salesman'
France 'Elle'
Germany 'Toni Erdmann'
Canada 'Juste la fin du monde'
Spain 'Julieta'
