That cat is like Tygra from the Thundercats!
Yeah, Cameron is a borderline something - but would we have Titanic if he wasn't?
Twitter certainly acted like a borderline something when his thoughts on Wonder Woman surfaced. Personally, I think it's a good day when a huge male director criticizes a "feminist" movie for not being feminist enough.
My gosh, it still infuriates me when people rip him for that speech. He was quoting the freaking movie, for goodness sake! His ego may be ginormous but that is among the weakest evidence of it.
I don't need a male director to mansplain what a feminist hero should be.
Also Meryl recorded her part in Fantastic Mr Fox in 1-2 days, wow what can't she do?!
I wish more directors like James Cameron made movies with amazing performances by people like Sigourney Weaver, Linda Hamilton, Jamie Lee Curtis and Kate Winslet. I am sorry, but his heroines are way greater than Wonder Woman. I just don't get the bad blood here. He was right!
Of course he is a jerk, but a very very very talented jerk.
