Boss Us Around: Which Streaming Titles Must We Discuss?

PSA: Call Me By Your Name is just 99¢ on iTunes this week. So if you haven't yet seen the 4th best movie of 2017, get on that! We've written quite a lot about the film here so we don't feel the need to revisit yet but there are a lot of other practically free rentals to consider.

In an effort to better serve you let's hand you the reigns for a bit. Please sound off on the following polls after the jump and we promise to say something -- though how much who knows -- about the top 2 movies you pick in each poll...

Currently Only 99¢ on iTunes

Currently streaming on Netflix, or Hulu/Prime, or Filmstruck

My vote is for "Stepping Out", but my heart is with "Burnt Offerings".

I recently, randomly revisited THE WOMAN IN RED. It is a rough endeavor to say the least.

Superfly, of course, to coincide with this year's remake.

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist is the perfect example of being straight with gay friends. I can't think of a better one.

I've voted for Hero, but it deserves a Hit Me With Your Best Shot (which was the best series this blog has ever had and should return ASAP).

Valley of the Dolls - I just watched this one a few weeks ago. First John Williams score nomination too!

Just watched Professor Martson movie and absolutely had no idea that that is how Wonder Woman came to be.

Would love a native speaker's take on Hero. Saw it with my Mandarin teacher friend, who couldn't stop laughing at the inaccurate yet jingoistic translations.

I almost voted for Valley of the Dolls thinking it was Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (that Russ Meyer/Roger Ebert spectacle is always worth a conversation). Instead I went with The Bling Ring (because people's takes on Coppola's movies seem to move around more than many other directors' work - so I'm curious to hear current evaluations). Kind of wish I'd gone with No Way Out. Such an odd film.

As to the latter set - Cat on a Hot Tin Roof forever. Taylor and Ives are electric in that. It's fun fun fun.
