Sharon Stone is full-on *MOVIE STAR* without the movies.
She deserves better!
It' s all about Marion 💕💕💕
From the first list, the Isabelles. From the second, Tilda.
Everyone but Sharon Stone... YIKES!!!!
Marion, with Maggie G., Sharon, and Timmy as runners-up.
Timmy and Salma
I had no idea that Dylan Penn looked so much like her mom.
Sharon Stone is a forever movie star. Hopefully McDormand will spearhead a project she can be cast in.
It’s always Marion for me.
Josh O’Connor is giving Timothée some competition in the style stakes.
Did Sharon just get back from holidaying in Midsommar.
I have the sensation that Marion Cotillard is dressed a la Isabelle Huppert. There is something about the choices of Salma that almost I didn't like it and this is not the exception.
From this group my favorites are Jodie Turner Smith and Mati Diop but no one outfit makes me crazy.
Sharon Stone looks like a mad homeless
That photo you have labeled as being Anaïs Demoustier is actually Deborah François.
A -- whoops. i shall fix.
Sharon Stone has no real competition here, nobody does Movie Star entrances like her, she’s stunning and her dress is such a fresh, bold choice. I’m with DAVID & 3rtful, just give the woman a great role she can sink her teeth into.
Tilda Swinton stealing the show as usual.
Stone's dress is horrendous
Tim can be a bit of a designer's pawn and too much, but looove that you put him on row with the women, cause he is always Glam! and for males that is always a +
I get real Miss Havisham vibes from Sharon Stone.
Tilda and Huppert always look great. Huppert is classic, Tilda is fashion-forward.
After that show of elegance at the opening of the festival, it was just a matter of time for Cannes returning to the Cannes everyone loves: a parade of stars and their worth seeing cothing. Between the Grammy Awards eccentricity and the Golden Globes' heroic effort.
Someone: Why is Sharon Stone there? What's she doing? Is she in a movie or something? Because I know she's not...
Me: Sharon Stone is there because they need a Movie Star!!! A Movie Star!!!
Susanita : she is chairing the AMFAR gala.
Sharon Stone doesn't need a movie to be a movie star. But it would be so cool if she got a big role in an amazing movie, even a supporting role. Better than nothing
We need to bring back disaster movies so Sharon Stone can star in one of them. I can see her being pretty badass when it comes to monsters/aliens/natural disasters.
For me, the first Tilda is obviously the best with her sequined green lizard skin showing. Her blue suit is second best.
And I'm thrilled to see Isabelle Adjani...anywhere really. It seems like it's been decades.
Sharon Stone looking for attention again, and not in a good way.
Before Marion Cotillard there was Isabelle Adjani.
All this venom for Stone when McDormand has surpassed Meryl Streep in the Oscar records department and she's not done yet.
Nobody cares about having the most nominations when you have so few wins to show for it.
OMG, I do hope Sharon & Isabelle had crossed paths …they were amazing together when they starred in the American remake of Diabolique. If you guys haven’t seen it , please do. It was hugely criticized at the time (1996) for changing the original ending but it was just a feminist, ahead it’s time twist that would’ve been pretty appreciated if it were released today.
I, too, enjoyed Adjani and Stone in the American remake of Diabolique, directed rather unexpectedly by Jeremiah Chechik (Christmas Vacation, Benny & Joon, The Avengers—what a weird, wild career he had!).
Anyway, I love the cut (but not the fabric—denim?) of Cotillard’s dress, the splendid
corpulence of Deneuve, the supreme color play on Swinton (pairing pink and orange!), the details on Diop, and, of course, Chalamé. But best in show goes to the elegant, gorgeous Huppert, with an honorable mention to Turner Smith, who you just know Halston would’ve loved to dress.
Sharon Stone is a Movie Star who needs to be in a real movie, She is there to host the AMFAR auction
Almost let drop my martini glass on the pianist's hand when I learned Tilda is 60! I always thought she was in her fourth decade. Bless her!
