Ugh on A MAN CALLED OTTO. Hanks will probably win a fucking Oscar for it. The original book was perfect and the Swedish film was perfect-ish. Why did they feel the need to Americanize the source material?
The Theatre Mania article is FABULOUS. If you're a raging Broadway musical fan like me, it's a must read. Especially because it's got a few songs from musicals in the 1950's that this musical freak (me) has never heard of.
There is a LOT more musical theater goodness coming in Season 4 (and 5) of Maisel.
