Early voting and mail-in voting have commenced in many states. Here in New York early voting starts today. After I vote this weekend, I'll be on the bus for some canvassing. If you are a US citizen and unable to vote early, make sure to be there on Tuesday November 5 at your polling place no matter how long the line. Most important election ever now that T**** and his constituents have long ago dropped pretenses and are saying the quiet part out loud. They want to turn America into a fascist racist Christian-Nationalist hellscape that aligns itself with oligarchs and dictators around the world and aren't even embarrassed about admitting they admire Hitler and Putin. Basically the movement is as anti-American and anti-Democracy as it gets. We were not designed to elect a king with immunity. That's not how it works and the founding fathers of all political persuasions would never stop throwing up if they could see what the GOP is currently backing. No excuses to sit this one out, people. Harris/Walz 2024. Let's go Blue Wave.

Very happy to get to vote! I hope you do too! Me and my friends mailed some postcards, handwritten reminders to vote. November 5th is coming up fast! Also, you want to be involved in not only picking our President, but policies happening in your own backyard. Raising the minimum wage in my state was on the ballot, heck yes! Welcome back once again.
In the UK we don't have much of this priveleged celebs telling us how to vote,we make up our own minds on who is the best candidate,at the moment we have one of out worst ever and that's really saying something.
If I lived in the USA I think i'd find it hard to vote for either person on the ballot.
I live in the USA, and there was nothing hard about the choice. If you look up “no brainer” in the dictionary, this election’s probably included in the definition.
I live in the US and this was the easiest choice in the world. I voted for Harris today. I have no investment in what celebrities say about voting, but if it gets more people to the polls, then great.
I wish people would vote based on the reality we are living in rather than the reality they wished they lived in. I get that no candidate is perfect, but when people tell me they can't stand Trump but aren't totally behind Harris and therefore have decided NOT to vote, it's completely infuriating.
The possibility of a return of Trump to the Presidency has left me sleepless now for too many nights. Of course, we must support Harris in her bid.
I am flummoxed to see nearly 50 comments on the Oscar race and minimal discussion in response to the Presidential race. I hope the silence means that the TFE community has already voted and is waiting the final decision.

I hate Dookie Tank as I don't want him at the office again as he did nothing in his presidency and he and his bitch Vance are going to make things worse. I don't have faith in Harris as I don't like the Democratic party as they're whiners.
Democracy should be abolished once and for all. Socrates was right about its many flaws. It can be bought. It can be manipulated and the last thing we need is a bunch of rich celebrities to tell us who to vote for while they still look down on us as a bunch of fucking peasants.

Unfortunately, I can't vote, I don't even live in US.
But wherever I am, always supporting Harris and The Democrats.

Nothing like taking aim at "priveleged celebs" and then demonstrating your own privelege by claiming it would be hard to vote for either presidential candidate.
I live in a small but critical state and am always grateful to the celebrities who fundraise or spend time advocating for candidates here. We need every vote, and if a celebrity will lead someone to vote for my candidate, so much the better.
