I dont like every nomination of theirs (hey, hustlers, i am looking at you). Oh, but If only Oscar had this good taste...

Brilliant choices for best lead and supporting performers for movies. Well, replace Adam Sandler with Leonardo di Caprio. Those are the people I hope will end up getting nominated at the Oscars. Keeping my fingers crossed.

That best actress line-up is realistically the platonic best we can hope for, truly.

"Kirsten Dunst is better than that posh fleabag lady any day."

I love Kirsten but her show is a misfire. Fleabag S2 is a masterpiece.

Will and Grace isn't Gay anymore?

January 4, 2020 | Unregistered CommenterForever1267

Forever1267, Will and Grace isn't *good* anymore, most likely.

Ken S., as a member, I have personally suggested there should perhaps be a second LGBTIQ Film category. It feels somewhat unfair now that mainstream movies like Rocketman as well as major high profile titles like Pain and Glory get that category *and* the major categories to themselves while so many great smaller queer works don't have a home. We only get three slots per category so it's pretty hard to find spots for something like Sauvage, Knife + Heart (I voted that one for visually stunning film of the year at least) or Wild Nights With Emily, And Then We Danced, The Blonde One, This is Not Berlin or Synonums (the latter two are not my faves, but I know many who do like them) to have a chance. I'm going to keep suggesting it and maybe one day there will be one..? I don't know.

January 5, 2020 | Unregistered CommenterGlenn Dunks

Glenn, fight the good fight! This group should be skewed more toward films that actually showcase LGBTQI talent, stories and themes. There's no point in a group of queer film critics rallying behind films by straight filmmakers telling heterosexual stories.

I am looking for article regarding stress management in dentistry.
